Here is an interestingfable you may remeber or not. It was thought to be a part of Aesop’s fable:, yet it is not sure who wrote it but it tells a good message. I am sharing this with you all today as a reminder that you cannot please everyone and if your trying to, you will BURN OUT or worse. Here it is,
A man and his son were once going with their donkey to market. As they were walking along by his side a countryman passed them and said, “You fools, what is a donkey for but to ride upon?” So the man put the boy on the donkey, and they went on their way.
But soon they passed a group of men, one of whom said, “See that lazy youngster, he lets his father walk while he rides.”
So the man ordered his boy to get off, and got on himself. But they hadn’t gone far when they passed two women, one of whom said to the other, “Shame on that lazy lout to let his poor little son trudge along.”
Well, the man didn’t know what to do, but at last he took his boy up before him on the donkey. By this time they had come to the town, and the passersby began to jeer and point at them. The man stopped and asked what they were scoffing at.
The men said, “Aren’t you ashamed of yourself for overloading that poor donkey of yours — you and your hulking son?”
The man and boy got off and tried to think what to do. They thought and they thought, until at last they cut down a pole, tied the donkey’s feet to it, and raised the pole and the donkey to their shoulders. They went along amid the laughter of all who met them until they came to a bridge, when the donkey, getting one of his feet loose, kicked out and caused the boy to drop his end of the pole. In the struggle the donkey fell over the bridge, and his forefeet being tied together, he was drowned.
The moral of the story is: Try to please everyone, and you will please no one.

I just thought I would take a few to fill you guys all on what has been going on. I am proud to say that this year has been rocking and rolling since it started. I am in the midst of releasing several albums of music that have been delayed for this reason or that. Yet finally have been getting some traction and grinding it down!
Where to start, well I have been enjoying these past few months playing with some great bunch of folks at our church, Restoration Church here in Georgia. I have been really blessed by playing not only Guitar but Keyboards as well. I have been able to sharpen my skills and been able to praise the LORD thru music and being apart of a great worhsip team. I probably can say a lot more about all of that but I think I will have to wait for another blog posting LOL
As I mentioned above we are releasing several CD’s or album releases that have for one reason or another been held up and we are finally getting out on the road. Some of thes songs or tracks go back a few years , some are pretty recent. There are a LOT of rocking guitar jams on “DIVINE INSPIRATION” and a few other still yet to be heard that are going to be released on a yet album that has no name. This work is one of my personal favs with songs such as Still in Love, Leaves, Move it and Afterglow. The electric guitar is the primary instrument in those songs. A lot of instrumental Rock and smooth jazz perhaps?
Then there is this great new releases called “Refractions of Light” which is a New Age, meditative, film cues based release. I made this music to primarily help me to relax and unwind. I thought it was great for meditation and chilling. So if you are looking to find music to help you calm down , relax or un wind from a busy day or hectic schedual this release maybe just what the doctor ordered. The link provided is from the google play store where a lot of my music is.
Here is a link to the iTunes store where you can hear this album and many more tracks with a lot more being added weekly!
https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/mark-allan-wolfe/id316524485
Another album that was released this week was “Moments in Time” is a hard rocking, heavy metal , emotional metal hard album. Filled with fast paced rock n roll , emotions and grit. Some of my favs on this album are “Dementia”, “Into the Fire”, “Showdown” and one of my favorites “Your There” These are all instrumental except “I see right through” where the vocals are done by my friend Mike Grant. I will be sharing more links as the days unfold for all of these as well.
The music that is being released will be on over 150 different online retailers as well as some regular stores in the future. I will be making some links available with in the next few days on my website(s) as well as blogs, yet you can find it as well by doing a search online for my name I believe as well. Soon I will have a major one stop shopping page on my main website where you will be able to purchase music, gear, art work and other things from the store. For those of you out there who are interested in using the music for your films, T.V or Web services or where ever, feel free to email me or give a call so we can set this up for you.We will be making the licensing store available online as well as working with some great libraries and other music publishing companies to make the music more widely available.
I would really be thankful if some of you folks out there who like to listen to music and write reviews would kindly get in touch with us or write your own reviews. If you are interested in writing your reviews for this website I would be very thankful and humbled. I have nearly 3,000 songs available with more added every day.
Finally I am humbled to share that a lot of my music is being heard globally on many cable and basic TV stations and programing such as
I have a lot of other things going on as well with one of them being that I will be soon posting some podcasts or 15 min or so internet radio sho like where I will be sharing just what ever is on my heart to sharing. I would love it if you would be kind enough to let me know what you think about the music, the show or art work or what ever. I m very thankful that all of you out there support the music , and encourage others like me daily. I am so blessed to have such wonderful fans who not only purchase the music but whom pray for my family and I daily.
I will try not to wait so long on the next blog posting lOL. I have a lot to say yet as to how I get these song ideas, the story behind recording them, the people I meet and such. Keep on rocking in the free world while it is yet still free ….peace

Since the dawn of rock and roll, the snap and response that comes from a bolt-on neck guitar has been an essential part of the mix. PRS Guitars’ original bolt-on CE was introduced in 1988 and after nearly a decade of being out of the lineup, PRS has brought the CE 24 bolt-on platform back with some significant updates in 2016. “After 30 years of guitar making, we’ve learned a lot, and we have used all that knowledge to update our original CE bolt-on model,” says PRS founder Paul Reed Smith.

So I am working in the studio yesterday and one of my computers decides to go rogue…I tried to fix with several options I wasted about 2 hrs trying to fix it then it dawned on me this morning NUKE IT! wipe it clean and start over. Since it is not the main big mack daddy just the assistant it is not so painful..At least not now for I am still in process of wiping it clean and starting over.
I bring this up because sometimes in life we spend hours and days perhaps years trying to fix something that just cannot be fixed, or if we do get something sort of fixed there is something that always seems to just not be right. So we have to break out the system restore disc and start over. In life sometimes this is like starting over by cutting off or breaking a relationship. Perhaps leaving a job to start a new one? Ending a failed business venture? it is not easy it never is. There will be collateral damage because you may loss some files you have learned to become dependent opn and you have not backed them up properly.
I would like to give you some encouragement in this area. When you are facing a nuke scenario remember that change is good. For out of the ashes of the old new ideas come, a fresh new start is attained. After the dust settles there is a dawning of a new day where you are now free and unencumbered. yes there is the nawing fear of the old, “what ifs?” yet in my life and yours I would say than 9 out of 10 times those what ifs never happen. So brace yourself and get ready for the blast go thru with the change that life has for you and start again.
Especially during this time of year Easter and Passover Springtime it is always good to take time to reflect on your journey and path to see which way your heading and making sure you are doing the right thing. You are not alone millions of folks over time have done so. You have nothing to fear. Change is growth if you stay in that mindset that I will try to work with this negative thing and make it work more than likely it will become a grave, a rut, something that steals away your time and energy only to make you feel small, belittled, like your wasting your time and gifts on something that you should NOT be doing.
All this came to my heart this morning while waiting for my restore disc to finish routing out the problem and wiping my one hard drive clean so I can re install all of my programs and set it up they way I was going to do from the get go and make it better than I have had it before. be encouraged weary one and take heart for this too shall pass…..
